Bird Luckin are an Accredited 'Investors in People' Organisation
Launched in 1991, Investors in People (IiP) is the UK's leading people management standard and Bird Luckin are proud to have met the required framework of best practice to become an accredited IiP organisation since 2003.
In our most recent review in June 2012 Bird Luckin met and in some areas, went beyond the IiP standard. During the next review period, Bird Luckin will have the opportunity to attain the Long Service Award for 10 years of IiP accreditation.
