Colin Pardoe - Director
Colin Pardoe is Bird Luckin's Finance Director, based at the Chelmsford office; having joined the firm in 1982, and becoming a Partner in 1986, he has a wide-ranging portfolio of clients from a variety of business sectors.
While specialising in corporate tax and financial matters, with a particular focus on business acquisitions, mergers and disposals, Colin believes one of the key factors in Bird Luckin's relationship with clients is the standard of service delivery at all levels.
"It's important that we can - and will - invest the time in working with our clients, to understand their business and their aims," said Colin.
"Only by investing that time can we identify the opportunities to help our clients develop their businesses, or overcome problems, by providing them with the business solutions they need, when they need them.
"Delivering those solutions on time is essential. Hopefully, it will mean that not only will we meet our clients' expectations, but we will exceed them.
"A lot of companies say they will adopt this sort of approach, but then don't follow it through. At Bird Luckin, the customer culture and service delivery ethos is something we are committed to as a firm, from the Directors all the way through the team," added Colin, who is also a member of Bird Luckin's Management Board.
Away from work Colin, who is married with three children, is a keen supporter of West Ham FC.
