Alan Dyson

As a senior tax consultant at Bird Luckin's Chelmsford office, Alan Dyson has extensive experience on a range of business taxation issues including corporation tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax. This includes advice on transactions such as buying and selling businesses and companies as well as corporate reorganisations and demergers. He also has extensive experience of farming tax issues, employee share schemes, business and share valuations and cross-border transactions.
A Chartered Accountant and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Alan joined Bird Luckin in 1990. He believes Bird Luckin is ideally placed to offer the best service to clients.
"Compared to smaller firms we have a much broader range of expertise available within Bird Luckin, but compared to larger firms we are able to take a much more personal approach when working with clients," explained Alan.
