Jack Hollyman

Tax Consultant

Jack is a Chartered Tax Adviser and also a Chartered Accountant. He joined Bird Luckin in 2006, after discovering that his great, great grandfather - James Luckin - was one of the founding partners.

"My decision to embark on a career in taxation has led me into an ever-changing, stimulating working environment, and I haven't looked back since," says Jack.

Jack specialises within corporate taxation, and although he is based at our Chelmsford office, he works with clients across the firm. He also works on a number of personal and partnership cases, which enables him to consider how corporate decisions can affect the owners of entities personally.

Jack believes that the service Bird Luckin offers clients is unique: "We are large enough to advise on all areas of taxation, yet we are not so large that we are unable to work with clients personally. For every piece of advice we give, we consider the wider benefits or implications for the people involved. We pride ourselves on turning the burden of tax compliance into tax planning opportunities."

Outside of work, Jack's interests consist mainly of football, both playing and spectating. He also loves to play golf, and his ability with numbers comes in handy when trying to keep track of his number of strokes. When not involved in sport Jack likes to relax whilst playing his guitar.
