Corporate Finance deal closed between Indexmode and Jade Hoisery - case study
David Enser, a Corporate Finance Director of Bird Luckin was introduced to the directors of Indexmode by RBS Commercial Banking to help them with the deal to acquire the much larger Jade Hosiery. Bird Luckin’s roles included assisting with formulating the offer, agreeing Heads of Terms, financial modelling and the business plan, liaising with RBS and advising on the commercial terms of the share purchase agreement. David Enser said “we believe that the acquisition of Jade is a fantastic opportunity for Indexmode to develop its business further and to continue building on the reputation established by Jade. In addition, there are significant synergies in combining these two businesses”.
